Born in Naples in 1962, Andrea was raised in an Italian family steeped in military tradition, where he learned about the value of discipline, hard work and public service from an early age.
He believes these qualities – and his education from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Università degli Studi di Lecce and INSEAD – helped to prepare him for the executive positions he held very early in his career, in the banking, finance and consulting sectors.
